# VTEX

This guide outlines the steps to install Aplazo in your VTEX store.

## Aplazo Payment in VTEX

### Installation Steps

#### Step 1

Login to your VTEX admin account and navigate to Store Settings > Payment > Providers.

#### Step 2&#x20;

Click on "New Provider" on the top right corner and search for "aplazo".

#### Step 3

Click on "aplazo" and you'll be prompted to input your `merchant ID` and `API Token` (API secret).

You can enable **test mode** if you want to test Aplazo without processing real payments. After successful installation, you'll see "aplazo" listed in your payment providers.

#### Step 4&#x20;

Go to Store Settings > Payment > Settings, and click on the green plus sign to add a new payment condition.

#### Step 5

Look for "Aplazo Payment" and click on it.

#### Step 6

Turn the *status* switch to the "Active" position and click on "Save".

**Done!** Changes can take up to 10 minutes to take effect.
