# Tiendanube

## Installation

Follow these steps to have APLAZO live in your store in minutes.

### Install the app

Log in to your Tiendanube account. Search for **APLAZO** in the app store and click **Install app**.

### Accept permissions

Accept the permissions the app requests by clicking **Accept and start using**.

### Enter your credentials

Fill in the credentials shown on screen. These are provided when you register as an APLAZO merchant.

Once entered, click **Save changes**.

### Verify your data

Click **Verify data** to confirm your configuration is correct.

## How It Works

### Customer flow

Once the plugin is installed and configured, customers will see APLAZO as a payment option at checkout. Here's what happens when they select it:

1. **Enter phone number** — The customer types in the phone number linked to their APLAZO account and clicks **Continue**.
2. **Verify identity** — APLAZO sends a code to their phone. The customer enters it to confirm their identity.
3. **Select payment method** — The customer picks their preferred payment method and clicks **Make first payment**.
4. **Purchase confirmed** — If the payment is successful, the customer is redirected back to your store's order confirmation page.

### Admin flow

As a store admin, you can review every sale made through APLAZO directly from Tiendanube.

1. Go to **Sales > Sales list** in your Tiendanube admin panel.
2. Open the detail view of any order.
3. You'll see the payment made through APLAZO along with its **transaction ID**.

## FAQ

#### Why isn't APLAZO showing up as a payment method?

If APLAZO doesn't appear as a payment option after completing onboarding, uninstall the app from your Tiendanube and reinstall it.

If it still doesn't appear, contact Support.

#### Why is APLAZO returning an error at checkout?

Your Merchant ID and/or API Token may have been entered incorrectly. Uninstall the app and reinstall it using the correct credentials.
